For LINK¡DS beginings, we decided to focus on Lausanne and Geneva and their surroundings (Cities along Lake Geneva). – Who is the employer?

LINK¡DS is the Linksitters’ employer and has a license to practice the staff hire in Switzerland. We take care of selecting the students, we check their criminal records, and introduce them to our philosophy. Through the year, we bring them together for best practise sharing and various evening workshops. No admin at all for you, we do everything!

– Is there a maximum number of children per Linksitter?

It depends on the age of the children and the activities offered. In general, for our workshops, we work with 1 Linksitter for 5 children.

– Who are the Linksitters?

The Linksitters are students or young graduates of legal age, with a clean criminal record, all with first experience with kids. We recruit them personally for their engaging personality, their willingness to work with children and for their talents and passions that they wish to share.

– What are the selection criteria for Linksitters?

18+, serious, with a clean criminal record, punctual and cheerful, who love children and ideally have a first experience in the field. Our Linksitters are talented and passionate people willing to share their talents with children. Each student adheres to our values ​​and our philosophy by accepting our LINK¡DS code of conduct.

– How far in advance should I plan to book?

In general, for large parties or events, plan at least one month in advance.
